Our mission at Plum is to create and hold a space for those seeking wellness in body, mind and spirit. Through yoga, we find unification–with one another and with all that is. The yoga that we offer at Plum is diverse, precisely because, despite the unified nature of all things, each yogi is unique. Our varied yoga teachers, body therapists, energy healers and other practitioners are each gifted in individual ways and it is through those gifts that we hope to make our community–in whole and in each delicious part–just a bit sweeter.

New Class! Gentle Yoga Fridays 4PM-5PM $10 drop in

This non-flow class is ideal for individuals interested in gentle movement to increase blood flow and flexibility, poses designed to improve balance, guided meditation, breathwork.  Props will be encouraged, including some seated chair work and the use of the wall.  Pre-registration not required.

Exploring the Chakras – a Yin – Vinyasa Series with Linda  

A five-week series comprised of 45 minutes of YinYoga followed by 45 minutes of Vinyasa flow, with each class focused on one of more of the 7 chakras/energy centers in the body.  Monday nights, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24 and 11/7 from 6:00-7:30pm.  Full series is $60.00; drop-in rate is $14.00/class and members are welcome!  (Series minimum is 4 students).  Register here!

Teen Yoga Series-Intro to the Niyamas-with Norah Pat O’Neill

Five-week consecutive, Wednesday night series beginning October 19 from 7PM-8:15PM.  Open to teens ages 13-19.  Taught by devoted teen yogi, Norah Pat O’Neill, each class will focus on one of the 5 niyamas, or observances: purification, contentment, self-discipline, self-study and devotion.  Each 75-minute class will be packed with physical asana (poses), breathwork, meditation, journaling and a study of the Niyama of the week. Entire series is only $60 and drop-ins are welcome for $14.00 per class.  Space is limited so reserve your spot!

Wednesday Early Morning Yoga for Runners with Ralph

Join Ralph Ciallela every Wednesday morning from 5:45-6:45am for a challenging Vinyasa class designed with runners in mind.  Drop-in is $10 and Early Morning Special applies!

The health and well-being of our Plum community matters most to us. Conscious Eating Monthly Meetup: Gather with us once a month and enjoy a complete mindful eating experience. Connect more deeply with your experience of food and where it comes from. We’ll meditate, get to taste delicious organic, local, plant-based food, and sip a nicely paired fine wine. This wonderful sensory experience will be followed by discussion and Q&A. Recipes and wine notes will be given out. You’ll be led by Certified Holistic Health Coach, Leslie Neri. Come hang out with us.
